於台北世貿一館A區舉行，首次設定大會主題「台北人愛漂亮」（TAIPEI LOVES ART），台灣參展畫廊為 55 家。首度辦理文化講座，邀請海內外專家學者演講，並邀請國際人士出席藝博會。首度企畫「海外畫家主題展」，展示「參展海外畫家僑居地分佈圖」，整合海內外藝術資源，為藝博會國際化轉型做準備。召集人為張金星先生，理事長李亞俐女士擔任執行長，副執行長為劉煥獻先生，籌備委員會均由中華民國畫廊協會理監事分工執行。
The third edition of ART GALLERIES FAIR R.O.C. was held in Section A of the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. The exposition made its debut with the theme "Taipei Loves Art,” featuring the participation of 55 Taiwanese galleries. Art lectures were launched for the first time, inviting experts and scholars with domestic and international backgrounds to give speeches, and worldwide guests were invited to attend the art fair. The first-ever "Overseas Artists Special Exhibition" was curated, showcasing the "Global Distribution of Overseas Artists," integrating art resources from both national and international origins to prepare for the globalization transformation of the art fair. Mr. Zhang Jinxing served as the convener, Ms. Li Yali as the executive director, Mr. Liu Huanxian as the deputy executive director, and the preparatory committee was composed of directors and supervisors of the Taiwan Art Gallery Association.
