以「視覺、文創、畫廊史」為年度主題，總計 110 家國內外畫廊參加展出，台灣畫廊 57 家參展，國際畫廊參展數量再創新高達 53 家，本屆藝博會由理事長王賜勇擔任執行委員會執行長，張學孔副執行長、曾珮貞秘書長肩負展務重責。展區劃分為六大主題展區—分別為「藝術展區」、「當代展區」、「電子錄像區（Ela-Video）」、「攝影藝術展區（Art Taipei PHOTO）」、「台灣製造—新人推薦特區」以及「國際藝術媒體專區」，由於經濟的起飛，使得買氣回溫，藝博會交易熱絡。2010年中華民國畫廊協會成立台北藝術產經研究室，在 ART TAIPEI 展期間舉辦的「亞洲藝術產經—台北論壇」邁入第五屆，順勢更名為「台北藝術論壇」，成為串聯台灣、亞洲與國際藝術世界的產官學交流平台。

With the annual theme of "Visual, Cultural Innovation, Gallery History," a total of 110 domestic and international galleries engaged in the exposition. There were 57 Taiwanese galleries and a record-breaking 53 international galleries. In this year’s art expo, TAGA chairman Wang Ciyong served as the executive director of the committee, with the deputy executive director Zhang Xuekong and the secretary-general Zeng Peizhen bearing heavy responsibilities of exposition affairs. The exhibition area is divided into six main thematic sectors: "Galleries," "Contemporary Art," "Electronic Video (Ela-Video),” "Photography Art (Art Taipei PHOTO)," "Made in Taiwan – Up and Coming Artists," and "International Media Art." Due to the economic upturn, there was a resurgence in buying interest, leading to active transactions at the art fair. TAGA established the Taipei Art Economy Research Center and organized the "Asia Art Economy Forum in Taipei" during the Art Taipei exposition. By 2010, it had reached its fifth edition and was subsequently renamed as the "Taipei Art Forum," which has become a platform for industry-government-academia exchanges connecting Taiwan with the Asian and international art worlds.
